Another one of my favorite ways to cope with life stressors is aromatherapy, its soothing and puts me at ease. There are various ways aromatherapy therapy can be used. I usually use candles for the scent and ambiance.  I also like Reed Diffusers because it can be used at home and in the office, it can also be used as a part of your decor. It's great because as soon as you get home from work or walk in your office you are greeted with your favorite scent. Aromatherapy can help with mental and physical health. There are certain aromas that can help to relieve stress, irritability, anxiety, give you energy, help with focus, and mental fatigue. There are also many aromatherapy techniques that can  be used such as candles, which I have mentioned previously is one of my favorites, essential oils  and the list goes on. There are a variety of ways essential oils can be used and there are many scents to choose from.  It can be used in a diffuser or humidifier; if diluted it can be used on your body; it can be mixed in shampoo, lotion or body wash.  For me, it's nothing like cleaning the house and lighting candles afterwards with one of my favorite scents. If I'm really lucky and the kids are quiet or not home, I would add grabbing my favorite blanket and cuddling up to watch a good movie or series. This is a list of aromatherapy scents and there benefits - you may find these scents mixed with other scents you may like. 1. Lavender- Helps with emotional stress, can relieve nervous tension and curb depression. It can also relieve minor headaches and migraines. 2.
