Meditation Observation

I was able to get a picture of my husband doing his morning meditation, using the Calm app to help guide him. I have noticed since he started meditating a couple of months ago, when done at night he falls asleep without any issues. When he meditates in the morning he is calmer, especially with the kids. The things that usually irritate him do not seem to bother him as much since he began meditating. This coincides with what has been scientifically proven about meditation and its many benefits, such as; reducing stress, increasing focus, reducing anxiety, enhancing self-awareness, lengthens attention span, improves sleep, reduces pain, reduces depression, strengthens emotional balance and decreases blood pressure.
